I am taking medical billing and coding and the medical terminology wasn't covered very well in the course. I found it more confusing then anything. I purchased this book and I have made my way through 2 chapters now and wow I am remembering this. I wouldn't get this book for a full course on medical terminology as it is just a basic, quick overview. The body systems are just a couple of pages in the appendix of the book and not really focused on much. Overall, this book has helped medical terminology understandable.
I have the Kindle version of this book and I can't see part of the page. This is like this for every page. Its cut off on the right side.I have it zoomed out as far as it will go and the page columns as narrow as possible.Not sure if it's the apps fault or the e-book itself, but I need this fixed!
I like that you can write in this book like a workbook. I thought it was going to be something like a dictionary but it’s not. Through every chapter most of the terms are repeated for extra exposure. I passed my med term class with a 98 because of this book.
