...but it was invaluable for me in understanding the general principles of econometrics for my Master's level econometrics course. I consider myself to be just "okay" when it comes to statistics, and even though I had a semester of Master's level statistics prior to taking my econometrics course, I found myself as lost as ever when trying to read a higher level econometrics textbook that supposedly taught at an introductory level. Enter "Basic Econometrics", and my eyes were slowly opened to the beauty of statistics. Overall, I appreciate Gujarati's simple English approach, while remaining generally rigorous in overall coverage.I would also recommend purchasing this international edition to save yourself some hard earned money.

This book is awful. Takes advantage of people that are studying with the Gujarati text book. Will not help you study. It contains no useful information...Don't buy it!!!
